5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please notify us within 2 DAYS of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the issue along with your order ID

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products showing signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Customized or special-order products (if applicable)


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping costs will be covered by Brexley.

  • For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges
